We can recover files and other data from USB Pen drives (aka: USB Flash drives, USB Thumb drives, Memory sticks, Data sticks, Flash disks etc), also Memory cards and other media (CD’s, DVD’s, 3.5in Floppy disks etc). We can access broken, damaged or corrupt USB pen drives and memory cards to recover deleted, lost or otherwise inaccessible files and data. We have developed our own techniques to directly access the Flash data storage chip(s). This means that whether the connector has become damaged (crushed, snapped off etc) or whether the controller chip is damaged or malfunctioning, we can work around it to give you the access you need to your valuable files or data. Then print off the dispatch form with terms and conditions. Fill in the details and post your device(s) to us. Simple!
The data you send to us is by definition important and valuable to you. All our recovered data is stored on site here in the UK in an encrypted format. We never use third parties for either recovery or storage. Data is only stored for a maximum 14 days, or until it has been successfully returned to the customer. All our work is done in-house with our own custom designed hardware and software techniques.
